Lauri
Antalainen
CHIEF CONSULTANT
The company’s Chief Consultant Lauri Antalainen has provided consultancy services in business development to more than 50 companies since 2002. Lauri graduated MSc Cum Laude in Business Information Technology from Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech). His master’s thesis was deemed TalTech’s best in the information society category. Lauri has presented at several seminars and conferences, where he has shared his expertise on process development and digitalisation.
Olga
Luštšik
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Olga Luštšik is a Senior Consultant at Digiwise OÜ, with extensive experience in advising companies from various sectors on digitalization and implementing software development projects. Projects led by Olga in digitalization include mapping existing processes, identifying bottlenecks, standardizing processes, developing digitalization and automation solutions, selecting ERP systems, and creating detailed action plans.
Olga holds a master’s degree in business administration (cum laude) and is fluent in Estonian, English, and Russian. Her previous experience in IT product development management has provided her with a strong foundation to assist organizations in finding software solutions tailored to their needs and optimizing their business processes through digital transformation.
Ingrid
Prinsthal-Pihel
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Our Senior Consultant Ingrid Prinsthal-Pihel has previously held several leading positions in marketing and business development. For more than ten years, Ingrid has been a lecturer and presenter at universities, seminars and conferences focusing on business processes, strategic principles and marketing. In spring 2020, Ingrid obtained her master’s degree from Tallinn University of Technology in Digital Changes in Companies at the Faculty of Information Technology. She also has a master’s degree from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tartu.
Kai
Poopuu
CONSULTANT
In Digiwise Kai takes care of ERP implementation processes for the clients and Digiwise accounting. She has studied Educational Sciences at the University of Tartu and has completed courses in accounting and economic law.
Sandra
Reivik
CONSULTANT
Sandra Reivik is an AI trainer who helps companies develop practical AI literacy. She has trained over 8,500 people and collaborated with more than 100 private and public sector organizations, including Äripäev, the Ministry of Education and Research, Bondora, TV3 Group, Tehnopol, AIRE, and others.
In addition, Sandra teaches academic AI courses at Estonia’s leading universities, such as the Estonian Business School, Mainor, and TalTech. She introduces the fundamentals of artificial intelligence in programs like the “Digitalization Masterclass” (EIS and KredEx) and the training program “Learn with Google: AI Edition” (Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications and Google).
For the past seven years, Sandra has worked in the startup and tech sector in sales, marketing, and business development—both in Estonia and internationally. She currently leads Estonia’s first AI learning and online community, as well as a podcast focused on artificial intelligence.
