Lauri
Antalainen
CHIEF CONSULTANT
Lauri Antalainen is the founder and CEO of Digiwise, whose work focuses on business digitalisation, AI implementation and business process development. Since 2002, he has advised hundreds of companies across eight countries on digitalisation, artificial intelligence and the planning of development projects. He has helped clients create practical action plans, select suitable technological solutions and secure funding through various support measures. His strength lies in connecting business goals, processes and technology into clear and actionable implementation plans.
In addition to leading Digiwise, Lauri is the President and Board Member of the Estonian Business Angels Network (EstBAN) and a member of the advisory board of Latitude59. He is also a member of the Artificial Intelligence Commission of the Estonian Academy of Sciences and works as an expert in AI and digitalisation.
Lauri has spoken on digitalisation, artificial intelligence and other technology-related topics in more than ten countries, including Finland, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Spain, Kenya and North Macedonia.
Lauri graduated cum laude from Tallinn University of Technology with a Master’s degree in Business Information Technology. His Master’s thesis on process improvement received the TalTech Best Master’s Thesis Award in the Information Society category.
Olga
Luštšik
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Olga Luštšik is a Senior Consultant at Digiwise OÜ, with extensive experience in advising companies from various sectors on digitalization and implementing software development projects. Projects led by Olga in digitalization include mapping existing processes, identifying bottlenecks, standardizing processes, developing digitalization and automation solutions, selecting ERP systems, and creating detailed action plans.
Olga holds a master’s degree in business administration (cum laude) and is fluent in Estonian, English, and Russian. Her previous experience in IT product development management has provided her with a strong foundation to assist organizations in finding software solutions tailored to their needs and optimizing their business processes through digital transformation.
Ingrid
Prinsthal-Pihel
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Our Senior Consultant Ingrid Prinsthal-Pihel has previously held several leading positions in marketing and business development. For more than ten years, Ingrid has been a lecturer and presenter at universities, seminars and conferences focusing on business processes, strategic principles and marketing. In spring 2020, Ingrid obtained her master’s degree from Tallinn University of Technology in Digital Changes in Companies at the Faculty of Information Technology. She also has a master’s degree from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tartu.

Poopuu
CONSULTANT
In Digiwise Kai takes care of ERP implementation processes for the clients and Digiwise accounting. She has studied Educational Sciences at the University of Tartu and has completed courses in accounting and economic law.
