In addition to AI roadmaps, we also build AI agents ourselves. An AI agent is software that takes over one specific routine workflow from an employee: it reads incoming information, processes it according to the company’s rules, and either hands the result to a person for approval or enters it directly into the business system. The agent uses the same tools as the employee, and the person remains the decision-maker.

Examples of processes we have automated for clients:

• Entering sales orders from e-mails and attachments directly into the ERP system.
• Cross-checking product data and packaging labels in several languages before printing.
• Pre-processing of price enquiries: identifying the request, checking the client’s background and drafting a reply.
• Meeting preparation and follow-ups based on calendar, mailbox and CRM.
• Recurring reports and monitoring that run in the background and notify only about changes.

How we work

• Stage 1: process and business analysis. We map the AS-IS process, analyse input and output data and build the data model.
• Stage 2: TO-BE process modelling. We agree on what counts as standard input and how exceptions are handled, and describe the rules and mapping tables.
• Stage 3: building and validating the AI agent. We build the prototype on the client’s real data, develop it together with the employees and validate its performance.
• Stage 4: technical support. We train the employees, fix bugs and, by agreement, move the agent to production.

The duration depends on the complexity of the process and the state of the data: for some clients the agent is ready in weeks, for a more complex process it takes a few months.
