EIS Digital Mentoring: Practical Support for Digitalisation in the Tourism and Creative Sectors

Author: Elo Gaver

The EIS digital mentoring programme is designed for companies in the tourism and creative sectors that want to better understand their level of digitalisation and make informed decisions about their future development. During the programme, companies work with an experienced mentor-consultant to map business processes, identify bottlenecks and opportunities, and develop a digitalisation roadmap for up to three years.

Digiwise consultants contribute to the seminar programme with different areas of focus: Lauri Antalainen addresses digitalisation as a whole and helps companies define their digital roadmap and strategic choices, while Olga Luštšik focuses on practical examples and the specific needs of tourism and creative businesses.

The information seminar will take place on 18 March 2026 from 14:00 to 16:00 at the brand-new Novotel Tallinn hotel (Pordi 5, Tallinn).

Participation is possible both on-site and via Zoom, and the event is free of charge. During the seminar, mentor-consultants will introduce the principles of digital mentoring, explore digitalisation opportunities, and present sector-specific digital roadmaps, highlighting their practical business value.

Registration is open HERE and you can learn more about the programme HERE (in Estonian).
