Developing a roadmap for digitalization
- 10+ years of experience in consulting for process digitalization.
- 50+ digitalization roadmaps created.
- 150+ clients consulted in the fields of digitalization and process development.
We have advised companies in various countries, including Finland, the Netherlands, Greece, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Norway, on business strategies and digital business models.
The key components of a digitalization roadmap for a company are:
-
GAP analysis – Identification of problems and bottlenecks in current (as-is) processes, along with recommended process solutions to address them. The analysis also includes an evaluation of opportunities for implementing artificial intelligence in the company.
-
To-be solutions, which enable the implementation of the strategic development plan.
-
A description of the recommended IT architecture, including components (software) and their integration.
-
A digitalization action and timeline.
-
Impact and cost-effectiveness assessment of digitalization.

Assessment of Artificial Intelligence Implementation Opportunities
-
We have assessed the opportunities for implementing artificial intelligence in over 50 companies.
- We have been the main partner of the AIRE Center (AIRE – AI & Robotics Estonia) in evaluating companies’ artificial intelligence readiness.
The implementation of artificial intelligence readiness is carried out in two phases:
- In the first phase, the outcome is a report that covers the company’s digitalization assessment, potential artificial intelligence applications within the company, and the prerequisite activities required for their implementation. The report also provides a brief assessment of the economic impact of these projects.
- The goal of the project-based analysis is to identify process automation opportunities using artificial intelligence and other tools. During the analysis, the process is mapped in detail, and the automation possibilities of the process components (including information flows) are described, followed by an evaluation of the cost-effectiveness of such automation.
The results of the project-based analysis can be used to commission development work from private sector service providers or to carry out a demo project funded by the AIRE Center. We have carried out several project-based analyses, which include automating processes related to price quote preparation. Other topics have included quality processes, production planning, and more.
