A digitalization roadmap is a company’s strategic development document. It contains a three-year action plan for process development, including standardization, digitalization, and automation.

The key components of a digitalization roadmap for a company are:

• GAP analysis – Identification of problems and bottlenecks in current (as-is) processes, along with recommended process solutions to address them. The analysis also includes an evaluation of opportunities for implementing artificial intelligence in the company.

• To-be solutions, which enable the implementation of the strategic development plan.
