Consulting for the Implementation of Digital Projects, both Technically and Administratively

We provide ongoing consulting to clients for implementing digital projects and other development projects. Among other things, we help:

• Select suitable solutions and service providers.

• Prepare technical specifications for developments.

• Validate service providers’ price offers, components, and proposed technical solutions.

• Advise the client’s project manager on various activities related to digitalization and project implementation.

• Respond to different queries from project funders.

Digiwise’s responsible consultants hold higher education in IT or have long-term experience in managing IT developments, enabling them to provide both substantive and technical consulting. We have prepared around ten technical specifications for IT developments – mainly for the private sector, but also for several public sector information system developments.
