Assessing opportunities for implementing artificial intelligence in companies

We have assessed the potential for implementing artificial intelligence in more than 50 companies.
We have been the main partner of the AIRE center (AIRE – AI & Robotics Estonia) in assessing companies’ AI readiness.

AI readiness assessment takes place in two stages:

• In the first stage, the result is a report that covers the company’s digitalization assessment, potential AI applications in the company, and the prerequisite actions needed for their implementation. A short assessment of the economic impact of these projects is also provided.

• The purpose of project-based analysis is to identify opportunities for process automation using AI and other tools. The process is mapped in detail, describing how its components (including information flows) can be automated, and the profitability of such automation is assessed.

The results of a project-based analysis can be used to order developments from private service providers or to implement a demo project funded by the AIRE center (AI & Robotics Estonia). We have carried out several project-based analyses, including automation of processes related to preparing price offers, as well as quality processes, production planning, and more.
